Most extensions and renovations begin with a question nobody can answer precisely: what will this actually cost? The copilot compares the existing and the new state line by line, so you know what stays, what goes and what is new before you call a builder.

Which path is right for me?
If you have a plot, or plan to knock down and rebuild, choose self-build. If you already own a house and want to change or enlarge it, choose renovation and extension.
What do I need to start?
For self-build, your plot or its location. For renovation, the existing layout (or a matching starting plan), a few answers about how the house is built, and your planned changes.
How accurate is the estimate?
Each line is priced as a range. It is meant for planning and comparison, not as a substitute for a builder's quote.
Does the copilot replace an architect?
No. The copilot prepares the concept and the numbers; the planning documents are signed by a qualified architect from our network.
Where is it available?
In England, Slovenia and Croatia.
What does it cost?
