Every confirmed email address counted as a vote. And that's exactly what made the contest interesting: the winner wasn't the most expensive or elaborate design, but the one that resonated with the most people.

Her vision – an Italian-modern villa style – won convincingly with 210 confirmed votes. Clean volumes, a Mediterranean character, and a thoughtful balance between the facade and outdoor layout clearly spoke to exactly what a lot of people picture as their "dream home."
Satin now receives the grand prize: a complete design project worth up to 2,500 EUR, created by a licensed Lynx architect.
