Currently the Plot information module works as a BETA version on Slovenian territory. We plan to role it out into other regions and countries in the coming weeks. By entering a cadastral municipality and plot number, users gain access to structured data, including plot size, spatial planning unit, key regulatory constrains (restriction and protection areas), automatically extracted from official sources and interpreted into a clear and understandable language. Furthermore the data is directly integrated into the Design & Configure module of the Lynx platform providing real-time limiting spatial factors during the project design phase.
The Designer & Configure will allow you to build any kind of buildings. Although it will provide all limitations related to associated plot and signal clearly in real-time when the designed building is out of zoning rules.
Plot information is a module within the all-in-one homebuilding platform. It can be used as a stand alone functionality getting plot information. At the same time this data can be also easily integrated into the Design & Configure module for further processing.
