Are you passionate about participating in building a smooth, highly efficient, lean Ops start-up, and doing so driving digital innovation in the construction industry? LynxCraft is looking for a highly motivated, young, ambitious Operations specialist as an addition to our dynamic team in Ljubljana.
Who we are
At LynxCraft, we’re reshaping homebuilding. Leveraging proprietary technology and powerful data-driven solutions, our cloud platform seamlessly connects architects, builders, manufacturers, and suppliers, drastically simplifying and accelerating the building process.
Our mission is clear: to streamline home construction by creating an integrated ecosystem powered by data, innovation, and precision. From design optimization to supply chain efficiency, we empower our users to build smarter, faster, and cost-effectively.
Key milestones we’ve achieved:
- MVP Platform: Robust cloud solution for seamless building design and optimized construction documentation.
- Market Success: First significant deals, ongoing cooperation with multiple housing producers, and a growing pipeline.
- Ecosystem Growth: Established partnerships with architects and renowned construction suppliers.

The role for people who want responsibility early – not just tasks!
LynxCraft is building a platform that simplifies homebuilding for private investors and small developers. We’re past the idea phase, deep in execution — and that’s exactly why this role exists now.
We’re looking for a junior / junior+ administration & marketing support person who wants to grow fast and take real ownership over time — in operations, marketing, or sales support (we’ll figure out the best fit together).
This is not a passive support role. It’s a foundation role.
What you’ll actually do
You’ll work directly with the COO and CEO and help keep the company running smoothly while we scale.
In practice, that means:
- Handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks so things don’t fall through the cracks
- Managing documents, records, and coordination with accounting
- Supporting marketing execution (content preparation, coordination, campaign support)
- Keeping internal processes, folders, and documentation structured and clean
- Preparing and organizing documentation for public tenders and applications
- Gradually taking ownership of defined processes or areas
Over time, you’ll move from supporting to owning parts of the operation.
This role is for you if:
- You’re reliable, structured, and finish what you start
- You learn fast and apply feedback immediately
- You want responsibility early and don’t wait to be micromanaged
- You’re comfortable in a startup where priorities evolve
- You’re fluent in English and confident with digital tools (Sheets, Docs, email, shared drives)
This role is not for you if:
- You want narrow tasks with fixed instructions
- You need constant supervision
- You’re looking for a purely creative marketing role
- You avoid responsibility or ambiguity
What we expect at entry:
- ~2 years of experience in administration, operations, marketing support, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of invoices, documentation, and internal processes
- Initial exposure to marketing execution is a strong plus
- High learning capacity and strong attention to detail
What you get
- A clear growth path after the trial period (career plan included)
- Direct exposure to how a tech startup is actually built
- Real responsibility, not just “helping out”
- Professional but fast-moving environment
- Compensation based on experience + bonus scheme after trial period
Location: LynxCraft Slovenia. Šmartinska cesta 130, Ljubljana!
Trial period: up to 6 months
